Welcome to the student area

It is important that students on our course know how fit they are compared to the forces' entry requirements. The Army, Navy, Marines and Royal Air Force all have different requirements for how quickly you can complete a run over a certain distance or how many press ups and sit ups you can do in a number of minutes.

This area of the website lets our students log in and assess how close they are to the fitness entry requirements by looking at how they performed in our fitness tests. We encourage our students to set targets for improving fitness and then we carry out fitness tests to check progress on a week-to-week basis.
