About the course
The course is 26-52 week five days a week [30 hours] course that will give you the opportunity to develop yourself to pass through the selection process gaining the best possible scores possible. This is also accredited with the NCFE level one entry to the uniform services course.
Every week will include both practical and theoretical sessions and every day will include a fitness session. Class room sessions will include map reading, career lectures from all three services, politics and world affairs. Outdoor session will have field craft sessions like field cooking shelter building and night time patrols. Other practical sessions will include looking after you kit bulling boots and drill. The fitness sessions will include weights, runs walks, swimming plus plenty of sports and circuits.
This course will help develop both female and males in many areas such as self-discipline, confidence, mental strength and physical stamina.
You will learn about present and past conflicts / operations and how the services show commitment and professionalism sometimes in the most difficult circumstances.
You will learn to be a team player that is prepared to go that extra mile to succeed. If you're reading this then you've probably thought about a career in the uniformed services and want to go into a job that is challenging and demanding. There are very few places where you can get a real taste for what life in the armed services will be like but this course is as close as it gets.
