Training for the uniformed services in Hull - now recruiting

Our basic training preparation course is aimed at 16-18 year old males and females who are looking to follow a career in the uniformed services. As the fire police and prison services are not recruiting at the moment its primary role is to prepare people for the armed services. If you're looking for a job in the army, navy or air force then our 26- 52week full-time course is ideal to give you the fitness levels and skills you'll need to succeed.

We work closely with the recruiting office and have the experience to understand the recruitment processes. Over 50% of our students progress into the armed services, and 30% into further education or full time employment. We have helped 163 people start their service careers and only 7% have withdrawn during training.

On the course you can work towards accredited qualifications in Maths English and ICT level 1with city and guilds and a NCFE level1 in Public Service. We also reward our committed students with an off peak membership with Nuffield Health club. We also deliver a city and guilds level one sports diploma.
